Right of Contract Withdrawal. Product Return.

When purchasing online, the buyer has the right to return the ordered goods within a 14-day period ("cooling-off period") from the receipt of the order without explicitly stating a reason, without penalties or compensations. The buyer can return the goods in person or send them back via a courier at their own expense. The goods must be in proper technical condition, in their original packaging, and with an undamaged commercial appearance. After inspecting and confirming the condition of the goods, the amount paid for the product will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days from the return of the goods. Damaged goods caused by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
